The Office in figures :

  • The Quimper Cornouaille Tourist Office is the gateway to Cornwall thanks to two major sites, Quimper and Locronan. 70% of tourists to Cornwall visit one or both of these sites.
  • The Quimper Cornouaille Tourist Office is the 2ème Brittany office in terms of attendance at the Quimper site. That is to say a total of 400,000 visitors per year!
  • We are also followed on the web, with more than 250,000 visits per year on our websites, and thousands of subscribers on our social networks
  • In total, we reach 600,000 to 700,000 visitors per year !

Our investment to make Cornwall known in France and abroad:

  • Financing of promotional campaigns
  • Promotion of the area via radio, posters, tours, trade fairs, press
  • From April to September, foreign visitors represent 42% of tourists!

Concrete figures:

  • Display in the underground in Germany: 14.5 million of people affected
  • Display in the Amsterdam metro in the Netherlands: 17.6 million of people reached + communication campaign via coasters, placemats and free cards in dozens of trendy bars and restaurants
  • Display on the Milan tramway in Italy: 3.5 million of inhabitants likely to see it
  • Display in the Madrid metro in Spain: 120 million users per month
  • Trade fairs in Spain (Madrid and Barcelona: 140 TOs present), in Brussels, LondonLyon, meeting in Prague, workshop in Milan, hosting of tour operators Chinese, Japanese, Germans, Americanss, reception of journalists (France 3, Arte, French, Chinese, British bloggers), partnership with the influencer Vincent Croce (Netherlands): 114,000 subscribersregular communication in conjunction with the Brittany region and the Britanny Ferries.
