At Coq'Rock, Steeve Mercier and Gildas Garnier prepare dishes all based on chicken.

Here, it is the black chicken that is cooked, in the traditional rotisserie, visible to all. The flesh is more tender, with "a little aftertaste of hazelnut". No frozen food, only local, from small Breton breeders.

On the menu: whole or half roast chicken, roast chicken salad, sandwich, roast potato with cider and herbs, home fries...

As rock lovers, it is quite natural that the two managers have made it their decorating theme: leather benches, rock music, wooded atmosphere...
