Large neo-Breton house with all comforts. Ideal location to discover the richness of the Quimper region: Quimper centre 5 km, beaches of the Breton Riviera 9 km away. The large garden: 2000 m2, south, with stream will delight parents and children.

It is a family house, designed by my father, which we are attached to and which we want to keep alive. We have converted it while keeping its original character. Travellers' access to the ground and first floors as described.
The accommodation has 2 toilets. 

Barbecue, garden tables and chairs, parasol are available.

The land is large; the third part of the garden can be used as a football pitch for the children.

Animals are not welcome.
