The Traou Mad biscuit factory: 100 years of know-how.

Galettes et Palets de Pont-Aven® are made according to their original recipe since 1920 in our workshop in Pont-Aven, a charming town famous for its mills and painters.

We select simple and noble ingredients from the heart of our land: our butter is Breton, our eggs are from free-range hens in Brittany and our flour comes from the Pont-Aven mill. The quality of the raw materials and the ancestral know-how give these biscuits their unique flavour.
